Plotline : A trader directs Enterprise to the site of a crashed ship where the crew might get materials and spares to repair the ship. On arrival Trip and T'Pol quickly find the crew of the ship in hiding - but it soon becomes obvious that something mysterious is going on after all.

Deception : Deception is not always used for for bad purposes

YATI : I didn't really spot any obvious mistakes in this one, but you have to wonder about how Enterprise is treating this holographic technology. In TNG everybody was constantly surprised by how great the Enterprise holodecks were. Now that we're to believe such tech is pretty common amongst alien races, you have to wonder why everybody was always so amazed by it a couple of centuries later.
Great Moment : Not much really stood out, but the initial scenes on the crashed ship were mildly creepy.
Body Count : No dead; Reed gets shot with an energy weapon but survives just fine.
Factoid : According to Trip, about one third of the crew of Enterprise are women.
Quote : "What if she gets hurt? What are you going to do then, program up a holographic doctor?" - Trip to Ezral.
