Fed up at the poor working conditions at Quarks, the waiters and Dabo girls form a union. When Quark refuses to acceed to their demands, the Bar Association promptly go on strike. But Ferengi customs forbid Quark from setling the dispute and compel him to use any possible means to break the strike. |

To make Quark end the strike, Sisko says the Federation will no longer be good landlords and threatens to demand five years worth of back rent. How come? The Federation has only occupied the station for three and a half years. |
