That brings "fully functional" to a whole new level that I'm not too happy with.

I'm not sure how to put this properly... he doesn't feel that part is necessary? Most sentient beings consume for energy, but they look different. So maybe he figures being pale-skinned and golden-eyed isn't too bad.Cpl Kendall wrote:I wonder why he doesn't change his skin tone and eye colour then.

Perhaps, it seems at odds with the often stated wish to be human or more human like but an important part of humanity is that your an individual after all.RK_Striker_JK_5 wrote:I'm not sure how to put this properly... he doesn't feel that part is necessary? Yeah, and Data's had a few opportunities to become human, but turned them down. So perhaps he just doesn't feel it's necessary.Cpl Kendall wrote:Perhaps, it seems at odds with the often stated wish to be human or more human like but an important part of humanity is that your an individual after all.RK_Striker_JK_5 wrote:I'm not sure how to put this properly... he doesn't feel that part is necessary? (well, Data still needs a pulse and needs to breathe. Why not.. hum.. extract out the excessive biological elements?)
anyway. I've seen people complete their meal more than once in DS9! The times Sisko invited peoples over to dinner, or when they were at the replimat, or at Quark's!
On the other hand, maybe it'S because the Prophets wanted the Niners to be well fed.. I think the temporal anomaly still kicks in
