I am planning to watch the complete first season of Mandalorian, back to back, in the very near future. With bad weather approaching, likely sooner than later! I'm anxious to see what I might have missed in the first viewing, plus...never can get enough Baby Yoda!

I haven't gotten around to the 'Mandathon' yet, but I did just watch the first episode of the 8 part docuseies on the show.

The episode was a discussion of all the different directors and how they came together as a team. Each with their own voice to tell the story of the separate episodes they directed, within the overlay of the entire series.

Very interesting watch, and solved the conundrum of why some of the episodes were more well received than others.

Looking forward to the rest of the docuseries as well as the marathon!

Finished my Mandathon! Still really enjoyed it, especially now I've gleened some tid bits from the docuseries.

If you haven't watched it, it's worth a watch!

I finished Picard the other day... a few days ago? They blend together sometimes. 🤔

I just might! I heard it was good from other (outside DITL - cool people) as well. :)

Coming from someone who suffers from chronic seasickness (yes, I was in the navy.. that’s another story), the motion sickness isn’t as bad as you would imagine it to be from the current VR headsets. I only experienced briefly when whipping my head from side to side, trying to check for aliens on a hostile planet. The rapid motion seemed to bring it about, but if you’re just watching a film, shouldn’t be an issue, If you ask, “what’s the point of the VR then?”, I can only point out that it’s still an immersive reality of a show, you could turn your head around or walk towards things (3D body tracking or seated- currently up to the user! :] ), but unless you want to do so, the risk of motion sickness is minimal and entirely up to you as the operator.

I have one problem with the Mandalorian. And it's kind of a big one.

I need a six-inch Cara Dune action figure SO badly!
