Are the Voth the saviors of the Delta Quadrant?

I was thinking that over the Voth space the Voyager almost immediately came across the Borg space ... Is it plausible to assume that the Voths are "currently" the Borg's expansion limit in that direction?

Probably they are too advanced to be assimilated and even just attacked, and their mere presence is saving Kazon (ok, they maybe not :D ), Talaxians and others by a certain assimilation.

With the standard usage of Borg transwarp in VOY, I don’t see a traditional geographical limit being a factor.

It is possible, it is also true that voths also have this ability, so it is plausible that they know how to counter it

Well, there’s a long unsupported span between “possible” (or even “plausible”) and “empirically based.”

true, but at least the voth can detect ( Voyager was able to...) and attack passing Borg ships
