OK, looks like the usual Hellboy films. Why is it called Hellboy though. There's already one called that with the same people and it doesn't appear to be a reboot. Maybe they've not released the full title yet.

Other movies have done the same thing. The Thing is a prequel to the Carpenter movie, also called The Thing. This is a reboot, an R-Rated reboot but, who knows how long it will stay that way before the studio gets cold feet and orders a PG-13 reshoot. The next trailer better give out some horror tones to it, or at the very least show me this is a serious tale. This lighthearted fare I get from this is making this look like any other comic book movie. We already have Deadpool for laughs. The Hellboy world is very H.P. Lovecraft inspired. There's another world going on in addition to the human world. However this movie seems to be inspired by British folklore because according to Wikipedia, there is a character named
