And if it's the end of the world... I feel fine about it. ;)

It is pretty cloudy here...
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

It's kinda chilly here... 2 degrees C!

Well, the end of the world has arrived to Quebec city, as we are expecting between 8 and 14 inches of snow... For today alone...
Add that to the 20 or so inches we already received since last Sunday, and we'll definitely have a white Christmas... With plenty of shoveling related heart-attacks... :P

Texas colder than the UK? Looks like the Mayans were right.

I guess another 144,000 years.

Well, the rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated. Sorry it's been so long, but I'm still dealing with a cubic Imperial ass-load of crap. Storm recovery is still an ongoing project: I got luckier than many folks in my area, with only about $16,000 or so in property damage, but it's still a dance between contractors, estimates, and the insurance company. I'm also still dealing with insurance and training issues with my new insulin pump, continuous glucose monitor, associates supplies, and medical practices. Of course, there's this holiday imminent as well. So, I probably won't be on much (or at all) until after the holiday season, but let me leave you all with this - in a break with tradition, I am changing my annual holiday music post. While I will still always love "Fairy Tale of New York," I think this one speaks to everyone - we don't all celebrate Xmas, but we do all have families. :)

That Appophis asteroid might hit us in fifteen or more years. I did watch the 2012 movie for shits and giggles last night.

It'll happen when Unicron shows up. ;)

Anyway, Mikey, sounds like hell. Glad you're getting along, at least.
