Since I've gotten a few questions about this again this turn I'll just remind everyone:
This sheet puts a maximum on the number of mines/refineries your allowed to have on any planet. Thus there is no space on the spreadsheet for you to build mines/refineries directly because I didn't want to have to redo peoples economics every time they tried to build a mine on a system that couldn't support it. Thus if/when you want a new mine/refinery simply include the number and planet names upon which you wish to build them (no additional mines/refineries can be built on minor worlds) and I will manually add the cost (500k for mines 1M for refineries) when I roll your spreadsheet over.

I was all set to get sheets out today and then someone got lucky, like 0.0000014% lucky. So now we're waiting on them to shoot me back a reply before I can finish up.

Oh no worries, everything is fine. The Sim just hasn't held interest and I'm sure someone else would love the chance to play as the Coalition. So I'm opening it up for just that.
