We haven't settled on location yet. He lives in manhattan so probably close to there. Would open on the island button expensive so doing it in jersy. He likes Hoboken but property prices there aren't cheap either.

They wouldn't be - Hoboken's been greatly gentrified and has sort of become a residential commuter outskirt of NYC. Jersey City is following suit, but there may still be more reasonable property there, or Bayonne.

I don't honestly mind as the plan is for me to move in right near the restaurant and do day to day operations. So I'd just prefer a good location anywhere. A new development or a booming new area would be best.
