Trouble Retrieving Password

Greetings. I am actually Varthikes. I was having trouble logging in, so I had McClance create an account so that I could report the problem.
A few months ago, I acquired a new computer (newer than my old one, anyway), and, of course, I had to re-sign in to my various accounts all over again. But, I couldn't get into my account here after trying all the possible passwords, so I tried to reset it (username and e-mail address: Varthikes, fjhansen@comcast.net). I tried this several times, but I never received the reset instructions.
