Another good one, and with hindsight I think this is where Dukat's character arc really sharpened from simply being the resident bad guy (albeit a complex one) to really driving the overall plot of the series.

Dukat-centric so I rate this one higher than Chuck did. I can see why he'd go for an average rating but Dukat is one of my pet-loves so for me its more of a 7.
