Sorry about the delay in my intro; lately it's been stress on top of more stress, topped with bullsh*t.

Plus, I still can't figure out how to describe the chamber. I'm thinking highly advanced steampunk; lots of holographic displays, mixed with exposed circuitry and tubes. And, so forth.
