SQL Error?

Been getting this a few times today:

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

User ditl has already more than 'max_user_connections' active connections [1203]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

I've gotten a few times today as well. Not too bad, though - in the past, it wouldn't let you refresh right away.

Yeah...I got about a dozen or so of those today. I just refresh and I'm back in the forum though.

I was being bombarded with them about two hours ago to one hour ago - every time I clicked on something it would hit me with an SQL error. Simply refreshing the page fixed it nicely, though.

I'm not too sure what causes it. Though from the wording of the error message I'd imagine it's got somethign to do with how many people are trying to access the site. I guess it's just a busy night, for some reason (are any of the movies being shown on TV?).

It means that the server is out of connections. Typically it's because there's too many people on the site at the same time, or than connections are not freed when they are done with. I'll have a poke around and see what's happening.
