Find the Skinjob Gameplay

"Remind me again, why do they need a major to babysit this test flight?" Grumbled Major Brandon "Sonic" Glitch CAG of the Battlestar Poseidon, looking around the flight deck of the recently developed Stealth Raptor prototype.
"Because someone of the proper rank needs to make sure we keep our mouths shut?" Shot back Lt "Royal" Foxx
"Riight... the day someone manages to convince you to keep your mouth shut is the day I retire because I will have seen it all!" was Glitch's rejoinder.
"Kids, am I going to have to separate you?" called ECO for the flight Junior Lt "Rochey" Rochevsky. Meanwhile, the enlisted crew tried to keep their laughter to themselves. They still weren't sure how to act around their new CAG -- he seemed easy going but it was always a good idea to feel the officers out first.
"Chief, she's a little sluggish maneuvering port, any ideas?" reported Foxx the pilot. Chief Switz checked the diagnostic device he had plugged into the aft avionics package "Well, it looks like the aft starboard thruster is jammed, we're going to have to rip out to get a good look at it. How is the electronics package looking Lazar?" Lazar looked to Rochey who gave a thumbs up before replying, "Everything seems to be working alright"
"I'm going to spin up for a mock jump test. Major, pick your favorite vacation spot." Glitch began programming the coordinates into the navigation system when suddenly everything shut down. "Umm... Guys?"
"Rochey, try a cold restart." Rochey restarted the computer and the Raptor came back to life, suddenly he reported "Sir, multiple dradis contacts!"
"Friendlies?"
"Uhm.... No response to IFF... No Colonial IDs." At that moment the wireless began squawking, "Raptor 312 this is Poseidon we show multiple hostiles inbound in your direction."
Glitch flashed Foxx a look which said "I'll take this," "Poseidon this is CAG, we see them to. With any luck they'll blow right past us." "CAG, this is Poseidon Actual, we can't take that chance. We're launching alert vipers to cover you, you turn tail and come home." "Aye sir, already on our way" replied Foxx.
They turned around and began heading back, all of a sudden they saw their covering squadron start drifting. The Vipers lost all sense of attitude control and soon the Poseidon herself began listing. "My Gods," breathed Specialist Mark, along for the ride to get flight experience for certification as an in-flight medic, "What are they doing?"
The crew watched in horror as the Cylons eliminated the Colonial forces. They then turned around and began heading back in the direction of the Raptor. "Foxx.. can you get us out of here?" "I'm going to have to risk a jump... I can't make it all the way to Ragnar on this fuel load, but I can get us close." "Do it!" The ship successfully jumped.

"My Gods.. did anyone else see that?" Chief Switz was shaking with grief, Ensign Stitch, the intel specialist had hurried to find the ships supply of vomit bags, CPO Staplic, training as the Chiefs eventual replacement sat in a corner staring in disbelief. All of a sudden Rochey shouted "Multiple Dradis contacts!"
"What?! How did they find us?" Demanded Maj. Glitch (ha that's a pun isn't it...) but no answer was available before the hull was riddled with holes, the Raptor became caught in the gravity well of the small moon they orbited however the Cylons moved on. "Foxx, can you get us down?"
"I'm trying, i'm trying! I think I can keep us in the air." The cabin lurched, "Nevermind, it's no good. I just lost our starboard engine. This landings going to get pretty interesting."
"Define interesting"
"Oh God oh God we're all going to die?"
Miraculously they made it to the ground where Chief Switz examined the damage. "I think we can restore the starboard engine by scrounging from the port. It'll take time, but it's the best we've got. And the jump drive is completely shot."
"Very well, get started" ordered Glitch.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Later that night, Glitch sat writing his log when someone entered the Cabin. "What'cha doing Major?" They asked.
"I'm recording my log... and trying to track down the source of the computer error and how the Cylons found us so quickly."
"Any luck?" They asked, glancing around the cabin.
"Well, it seems that when we programmed our jump, and reappeared the computer broadcasted a very quick, but very broad-frequency beacon... it almost seemed like-" The rest of his phrase was cut, along with his throat.
"You're right, it was deliberate." The figure exited the cabin as Glitch slid onto the console, the blood from his neck pooling and almost covering his report, except for the paragraph,
Due to the ease of their victory and their sudden ability to track us, I'm forced to conclude this was the result of a double agents. There are traitors, or Cylons among us...

*rushes into cabin, pistol drawn*

Ensign? What's....?

*spots body*

Holy frak! Ensign, check his body, see if he's still alive.

*pulls out radio*

Attention all, this is Lieutenant Rochevsky. Everyone move to the ship's flight deck immediately! Not one person is to leave the flight deck until I get there. Move!

*puts radio away again, turns to Mark*

Ensign, do what you can for him. If he's been attacked then it has to have been by someone already aboard the ship, I was watching the hatch this morning and I can guarantee that nothing came through. I'll go and inform the rest of the crew about what's happened. Maybe someone saw something last night. Check the body for marks. Don't let anyone else in or out of this room without radioing me for permission first. Do you have your sidearm with you?

*turns to Mark, speaks quietly*

It's alright, Ensign. There's nothing you could have done. Just check and see if there's anything that can help point to his attacker.

*turns around, adressing the room loudly*

Alright, listen up! It's pretty damn clear what's happened, but for those of you slow on the uptake I'll lay it out bluntly. The CAG's dead. Murdered. Throat slit, and with some pretty impressive precision too. Since nothing nor no-one entered the ship last night, the only reasonable answer is that someone already onboard did it. So here're the rules - everyone stays on the flight deck. No one leaves without my express permission, and if you are leaving then you're going with at least one other person. Chief Switz, you'll continue working on the engine later. Ensign Mark and Specialist Lazar will assist you. But for now we need to figure out which one of us is staying on this planet permanently. So you lot better have some damn good alibis.

*snaps finger, points at Staplic*

Petty Officer, where were you between the hours of 2200 last night and 0700 this morning?

I was alone in the engine room running diagnostics on jump drive.

I don't know that I saw anyone while doing my engine rounds, which on the battlestar I rarely saw anyone so it isn't anything out of the usual. I don't think that we will be able to figure out who it was that quickly, as I don't think any of us have reliable alibis and the security cams are dead. So we have no idea who it could have been.
