Is that one of the betas or the new release version that came out the other day. Select 'About Mozilla Firefox' form the Help menu. The release version should read 'Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.1) Gecko/20090624 Firefox/3.5 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)' at the bottom of the window. (Yes, I know that's a hell of a version number isn't it).

If that is the version then you need to force it to reload the frames to make it wake up to the fact that things have changed on the server. Firefox can be a complete pig in this regard, it fights you tooth and nail about using it's cache. To ensure that the page is re-read fully from the server do the following:

- Right click in the area above the orange buttons (just to the right of the round ended buttons in the top strip).
- A popup menu will appear.
- Select 'This Frame' from the menu and another side menu will appear.
- Select 'Reload Frame' from that menu.

The frame should redraw and all should be well. If the left menus are not correct then try repeating this for there also (ensuring that you click in the black area of the frame). However, the top strip and the menus use the same stylesheet so forcing the top should also correct the left menus.

IE change. I've just fixed an issue with IE and how it downloads it's fonts. This should now be working better.

I believe what he means is for the sections.
Such as in Fed Ships, Constitution gets cut off a bit.
Other long ones get cut off as well.

Yes, but as you can see from my pictures above there should be none of that on his platform. If anyone is seeing anything other than what I have posted please try reloading (as described above) and if it persists let me know.

Looks normal to me.
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

Windows XP w/ IE 8.0 - everything looks right as rain. Just like your cap, and the fitting of the button titles has been rectified.

Ian, as Windows 7 is Slated to come out in October, will you have it set to be handled by Windows 7, there may be other stuff you need in order for it to run well... Just asking.

I very much doubt that there will be an issue, unless IE goes backwards in supporting the latest CSS standards. What I am using here is the latest tech for websites, aka the @font-face rule. All browsers are moving to support it. IE has sort of since IE6. Safari since 3. Firefox has just supported it in 3.5. Opera is going to in 10...

Have you forced them to reload. Right click in the black area (but still inside the frame) and select 'Refresh' from the menu (IE) or 'This Frame' > 'Reload Frame' (FF).

Ok, just making sure as we will be getting Windows 7 on our main machine (I can't wait) and didn't want to loose my favorite website

I will give the most exact description possible, as getting a picture isn't working well.

I open the page. No problems. Looks fine.
I click on "FED SHIPS". The side menu comes up. Look down the list. When I get to what should be Constillation, it is "Constillatio". The n is past the edge of the orange area. This occurs with many other side menus.
For example, when I click on "FLEETS", Introduction is cut off.
And the Links-Awards button is simply "LINKS-".
This is using Chrome.

It isn't a problem in Firefox (the getting cut off part), but the text looks.... pixelly. Its very compressed and looks like it was done in a 100x100 resolution.

In Safari it looks amazing and beautiful.

In IE 8 it looks fine at first, but as soon as I click on a top menu item, all of the top menus change to the huge blocky letters. Then, as I click on more, they some switch between correct font and huge gigantic font.

I will try my best to get all the images... eventually.

I'm thinking it's a Beta Ian, because I haven't downloaded anything lately.

The reload isn't working though.
