So, for people whose countries are awesome enough to access Hulu, have fun!

None. They always surrender right before they finish the job and never tell you why.

Season 4 now up.

I've honestly never seen most of the first 5 seasons. :D

How many seasons ARE there?
They say that in the Army,
the women are mighty fine.

Ten of SG-1 and five of Atlantis.

Last two of SG-1 and first two of Atlantis ran at the same time. I just finished season 9 of SG-1 and am halfway through Season 2 of Atlantis.

What is the main difference between SG1 and Atlantis?

SG-1 they go through the Stargate / Chaapai-ai and fight the Goa'uld, Replicators, and Ori.
Atlantis they fly around an alien Galaxy trying to defend Earth from an invasion of Wraith and from what I've read on the wiki, an evil ancient race of robots.

SG-1's whole plot in the first few seasons besides defending against Apophis is acquiring technology that you'll see implimeted in Atlantis when Earth actually has warships and what not.

We can't really say much about Atlantis without spoiling some of SG-1 for you.
