Going with Picard. A lot tougher, smarter... Janeway stabs him in the chest and he'll just laugh it off.

Yeah, Picard has shown that he can kick a** against Klingons, etc. Janeway has shown that she can kick a** against big virii.

Picard dazzles Janeway with his shiney head and then kicks her down a nearby lift shaft only for her darkside filled body to explode and destroy the ship and with no Data to beam him out Picard dies. Points victory to Jean Luc as he killed first 8)

Actually, it might come down to simple speed of movement; can Picard scald her first with his Earl Grey, or can she throw her coffee on him more quickly?
