Now, what the HELL would Scotty drive? Something custom for sure. Perhaps a super-duper charged Aston-Martin?

McCoy is pure country. 1997 Chevy Silverado 1/2-ton, regular cab, long-bed pick-'em-up truck.

Scotty would custom-build his own car from thescarp of others, building a 'super-car' that would put the original Knight Industries Two Thousand to shame.

Absolutely.

I wonder what Quark would drive... a gold plated Lincoln?

A Chrysler, with a load of Dabo girls and Vic Fontaine singing Loveshack.
"You ain't gonna get off down the trail a mile or two, and go missing your wife or something, like our last cook done, are you?"
"My wife is in hell, where I sent her. She could make good biscuits, but her behavior was terrible."

Nah, he'd have to spend too much. I'd guess a Yugo - then he'd just keep getting Rom to fix it for free.

Nah, with Avery Brooks' essence of cool, I'd say a '62 Impala - pinstriped, tucked seats, dropped about 3" and popping hydraulics. Blasting War's "Low Rider" out of 2x2500 watt kicker boxes, of course.

For some reason, I see O'Brian in an old Mini Cooper, which is a piece of crap like with smoke coming out from under the hood, that he's ALWAYS having to fix

And Keiko will be replicating old newspapers, just so she can lay them on the kitchen floor whenever Miles wants to come in.

Oddly enough, I can also imagine O'Brien in some crappy car.
