Good thinking. It's important to seperate a fleet action from an entire war.

It would be nice to have well thought out Wars & Battles again, so many of these are just so pointless and vague, the OP doesn't even bother to give his two sense or even return it seems...

I'm running a new idea with the WoTW that we will treat them as whole wars. Running a series of battles that will on their own decide the fate of the war.
