They already redid TMP. It was the first thing they ever went back to, actually. There was some suggestion that they might replace it with a pic of the NX-01, but it stayed as it was.

Honestly the Evil Vulcans were ok IMO, not great but I could have lived with it if it hadn't been for all the other points that have been made. By its self it would have been an interesting plot point. With the dozen or so other points... it shows the complete lack of caring about canon and the show of trek.

So the Vulcans aren't perfect angels. I've known that since T'Pring set Spock and Kirk against each other. Ever since Sarek and Spock drifted apart.
