I'd say the Tau'ri - they're a bit easy to relate to than the others.

Goa'uld are like "what would happen if egotistical rap stars took over the galaxy." They're just so randomly arrogant and hostile, they're great.

Plus their big Ha'Tak class is a beauty, combining the old egyptian pyramid with a badass sci-fi craft.

and the Death Gliders and Al'kesh class ships are awesomeness.

The Asgard Beliskner is also pretty cool. But the Asgard themselves are more awesome

I would say the Asgard. And, the Re'tu from "Show and Tell". I wish we got to see more of the latter.
