Speaking of England and France (and Star Trek) how many other people found the concept of a Frenchman bragging about having an ancestor at Trafalgar utterly hilarious.

Yup, and actually, we're all dead or irradiated from the Eugenics Wars. We just happened to miss that somehow.

To be fair, I do like fried chicken liver quite a lot. Sesos and Lengua burritos are also awesome, though Sesos is hard to come by. I guess most people are repulsed by it, or something...

Ah. I take it you at least know what Sesos is.

I have a varied palate; there's really very little food that I find repulsive.

I'm of Eastern European Jewish descent - I grew up using rendered chicken fat as a spread on toast.

Can't imagine why Jewish men have heart attacks at the age of 38...

Oh yeah, I've had that before. Didn't know what it was called in Spanish; it didn't freak me out, but I didn't much care for it, either.

Haven't tried any heart yet, though I certainly would if it were offered to me. Lengua (tongue) is really good with queso fresco and salsa.

Maybe the concept of eating a brain is what deters you. I enjoy the concept, and the brains.
