I'd still argue that only 95% of everything else was crap - even Voyager was able to produce jems like "Year of Hell" or "Timeless" occassionally.

It also had Deathwish, one of the best Q episodes.

Great: The Doctor - he had all the best lines.
Good: The Delta Flyer - Warp 10 silliness aside, it did have hand controls rather then touchscreens - If I was an Admiral who got to choose his own ship, that's the first mod I'd ask for.
Average: Kes - She was kind of cute, though as is the norm in Trek, she was twice as hot when she had her body taken over by an alien life form.
Poor: Janeway - I could have handled her psychoticness if there was a touch on consitency with it. Howeveer she seemed to disregard the Prime Directive one episode and follow it rigorously in the next one.
Awful: Neelix - this guy would have lasted in the Delta Quadrand about as long as I would.

Even better - the Delta Flyer turned up long after that-which-must-not-be-named.

Aye, it had nothing to do with any sort of nonsense that may involve breaking laws of physics.

Mmmm, have no idea why I thought it was the Delta Flyer.

Because it was Tom Paris in a hot-rod. Conceptually the two weren't that different.

But wasn't that the quadrant's nickname for B'Elanna?
