I'm serious, dude. It might take a while on a cargo ship or whatever I can afford.

So I can have a vacation. Yep.

They SAID they will. But I have to file a dispute and then wait for them to decide if I'm trying to pull a fast one or not. In the meantime, they drained my savings into checking to cover the damned thing, so I've got a total negative balance. I raised enough hell that the manager did an override and let me pull $40 bucks out of savings as it was still processing.

Holy shit, sorry to hear that, Mark. :?

If they try and mess around with getting your money back, threaten to run to the media. The last thing they want right now is the local news talking about how Bank X is screwing the poor downtrodden citizens out of their money.

Well, a follow up. I checked my account and they've cleared that fraudulant charge and restored my money to savings. BUT, they are still trying to charge me an overdraft fee for that nonsense. I'll clear that up at lunch.

Cheers to their fraud department.

They're still trying to charge you an overdraft? I sincerely hope someone just hasn't gotten the memo yet.

There is a really big pile of rocks and dirt in the field across the parking lot where I work. I don't know what the hell they're digging for, but they're going at it with gusto.

That's always the weirdest thing to see, a random pile of rocks and everything and just wondering what the heck they think they're gonna do...
