@ Stitch - IDK, I'm going to try to get an intro up today or tomorrow. If you beat me to it, then I'll abide by what you've written.

Does anyone happen to know if the Daedalus has a shuttle bay like the Connie class.....or a "drop bay" like the NX.

Shuttle bay, right?

Based on the primary/secondary hull arrangement, I'd say Connie-style shuttle bay.

That's what I thought too. If we're still using Ent style shuttlepods, what would you guys say would likely be the shuttle compliment?

6-10 maybe? Since the Kelvin utilized a stacked shuttlebay why cant the Aegis? I know the Kelvin is from the abrams movie but It must have some grounding in reality. It'd make sense since the transporters might not be the ultimate transport method still...

I'd think somewhere in that neighborhood... 4, 6, or 8 probably.

Shall we say six? That's three times more than an NX and its a Starfleet-ish number.

Mikey....as I was reading Harvey's post, I was SURE there'd be just one more "Good for you." for young Mr. Gomes, lol.

The other saying is one I lifted from a closer with whom I used to work. He was great - someone would state a vital objection to a purchase presentation, like, "That's $150/month over what I told you I can spend!" and he'd just say, "I'm not worried about that right now." It worked more often than you'd think.

That was funny.

Lol, of course he's not worried about it. He gets paid as long as the deal goes through.

Yeah, but that line worked on the people who had been worried about it - i.e., the customer who didn't want the payment.

It's amazing what this guy could do to people to close them, which in any other situation could very well have gotten him punched in the mouth. And after that, they would come into my finance office with a $25 of air in their payment which I could barely fill - because of regulations on GAP insurance vs. equity status and because of maxima on after-sell products - PLUS they were prepped for my bump. When this guy was done with people, I sometimes had to go out and apologize to him because it just wasn't possible to fill up the payment he had closed them at.

Stupid margin caps.

Alright, who all wants to get an intro up before I intro the captain and get us on our way? Feel free
