Take it as "I've heard that theory before and I do not like it."
No offence meant to you.

Only two things are infinite - the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the universe: Albert Einstein.

Midi-chlorians... they make Jar Jar look tolerable.

However, we can't see the midichlorians and we can't hear the midichlorians. Jar-Jar assaults all the human senses.RK_Striker_JK_5 wrote:Midi-chlorians... they make Jar Jar look tolerable.

I'll second that. Jar-Jar was something new but ultimately a failed idea. Midichlorians took an established concept and royally fucked it up.RK_Striker_JK_5 wrote:Midi-chlorians insult our intelligence. Worse than Jar jar.

Oh man. I was looking at things the wrong way. Jar-Jar ruined one movie, but midichlorians ruined all of Star Wars. Like 3 million clone soldiers defeating a galaxy of some quintillion(?).
So when Padme was pregnant with Luke and Leia, did she have the most midichlorians in the galaxy?

Re: Phantom Menace Review
The whole "Jar-Jar ruined the movie" thing is way overblown, as RedLetterMedia points out, the films other flaws are far, far worse. Jar-Jar's easy to fixate on because he's visible and it doesn't require much thought.

Re: Phantom Menace Review
Jar Jar had some scenes that, if in another movie, would be funny. The midis... just sucked.
