Ok, I'm having trouble with this bit. Anyone have any idea how I'll make it clear whether he's a pirate or not?

If he's a pirate he fires back if not he just sits there and lets it come to him, I think we're gonna lose because their thinking of the strong proponent not the initiator.

If anyone understood that they get a cookie.... :c

Not really. Cause if I'm a pirate then there's still one out there. If they blow up another vessel and ships still get destroyed then they know at least one of the choices me, or the next person were wrong.

Ah, but everything you've said in this thread has been to ask how you would show that it was a pirate, and not how to show it was a loyal vessel.
Thus Monroe clearly was a pirate.
