Personally, I liked the new ships; I just wish they'd had a little more screentime.

I have to agree, the many different designs shown prove that the Federation is much more diverse than TOS showed it to be.....

I like them, it just seems they were thrown together rather than thought out.
No trees were killed in transmission of this message. However, some electrons were mildly inconvenienced.

IMO they don't seem any less thought out than stuff like the Nebula or the Franz Joseph designs.

Yeah, we're used to the Enterprise's form but I don't see it as any more thought out or logical than the others. I like them too by the way. I'd like to get some better shots of them though.

not to sound like an echo here, but i thought they were awesome. you could definatly feel TOS design eliments in them but i love how they took a diffetent approach to the design. they also definatly make the ENT look like the most advanced thing in space when compared next to them.
