New Moderators

Forum membership size is an issue in how many mods we have, but it's not the over-riding one by any means. We consider various factors. For instance Mark being in the Pacific means that he is often on when other mods are not.

And Tsu being on the west coast of the US fills in another time zone.
There's also the fact that, lately, we've been getting a surprising amount of new members who've started posting regularly. If that growth keeps up, the extra 2 mods will be needed.

Actually, I believe Tuski is in Texas, which is actually the middle of the US. Here's a helpful map.

Time zones is only one factor of many as well.

Ultimately it's a personal decision between Ian and I.
