There is also a ship from anime that I love called the Outlaw Star from a series of the same name.

Why has no one said the Planet express Ship yet?

It can cross the universe faster than any other ship, has the coolest engines ever (powered by turds), has the sexiest captain I've ever seen and it has an overbite (Federation ships have that too, but at the back.). And it's got that beautiful retro style.

Second greatest maybe, but the greatest has to be the Infinite Improbability Drive - great for making your passengers turn into penguins, among other things.
