Tee hee, my turn.

Selector switch should be closer to the trigger, and unless the weapon is tiny, the trigger guard should be shorter in length, the trigger set further back, and the grip should be somewhat larger.

Good stuff, Reliant.

Well, don't say I didn't warn you the first time one of your troops gets that extra-large trigger guard caught on something. :P

All made good points, but Rochey - some very succesful RL battle rifles have had no rear handgrip save for the stock.

Well i suppose that we can say that the grip is a free cosmetic optional.

It's not a matter of "if it's got a pistol grip it's perfect, but if it hasn't then it's a useless piece of shit", but one of "which is more effective", which is definately the pistol grip. Most successful rifles without a pistol grip have, at the very least, something vaguely resembling one, even if it was part of the stock. Take the SMLE for example:

See the cutaway in the bottom of the stock behind the trigger guard? That's to brace the back of your hand against. Without it the weapon would be a lot more difficult to control.

I was working toward the Enfield rifle, but I failed to take a look at it before hand.

this is the photon grenade version. It launches a 4 cm high yield photon grenade at distances as far as 800 metres. The blast radius is around 5 metres.

Included in the barrel is a mass fabricator, experimental derived technology. It recharges and fabricates a photon grenade. Should this fail, a grenade is loaded side on via a cartridge which holds the grenade itself.

A Sterling mag, huh? Is that interchangeable for either lefties or righties as well?

Yep, caters to both hand preferences.
