My memory isn't the greates but I only recall them ever using the two outer tubes and the one in the aft pod. I wonder if the inner tubes are actually probe launchers. Or ports for the phase cannons.Mikey wrote:
True. But if they did say "port tube," which Blackstar claims that they did, then they would have to specify which port tube if there were two "on each side of the mast."
Right. I'm putting my foot down now.

What? We know they aren't used for phase cannons. They clearly did not come out of the tubes. How many people here actually watch the show?Cpl Kendall wrote:My memory isn't the greates but I only recall them ever using the two outer tubes and the one in the aft pod. How many people watch it close enough to notice a detail like that?
What does defeat mean to you?
Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

You expect people to remember details like that from ENT when there are four other series preceding it?ChakatBlackstar wrote:

Well, there was an entire episode dedicated to the addition of these weapons. There are screencaps of it shooting.Teaos wrote:How many people watch it close enough to notice a detail like that?
The last image also shows that they added cannons at some point

Thank you and remember that not everyone is as into the show as you may be or they may simply have forgotten.

I would suggest the four tubes represented on the bow, and 2 in the rear saucer. i think the aft laser cannon would be mounted in the pod.

IDK if it will be helpful in the long run, but does anyone have an enlarged MSD or diagram or somesuch, to see where hardpoints actually are?

I had one. Too bad I forget where I put it.

This is the closest I could find:
ChakatBlackstar wrote:NX-Class cross section, for reference:
A Deck
Bridge
Captain's ready room
Situation room
B Deck
Crew quarters
Energy distribution systems
Sensors
Warp nacelle access tunnels
C Deck
Crew quarters
Upper observation deck
Deuterium tanks
Gymnasium
D Deck
Brig
Crew and guest quarters
Engineering
Transporter
Decon chamber
E Deck
Captain's quarters
Chef's kitchen
Officers' and Captain's mess movie theater
Sickbay
Launch bays
Science labs
Navigational deflector
Port and starboard docking ports
F Deck
Access tunnels
Armory
Cargo Bay
Lower observation deck
Laser canons(or Phase cannons on canon ships)
G Deck Sensor array
And assuming they went with shuttle names for the ships
NX-01 Enterprise
NX-02 Colombia
NX-03 Challenger
NX-04 Discovery
NX-05 Atlantis
NX-06 Endeavor
NX-07 Buran
NX-08 Ptichka
NX-09 Avenger
NX-10 Baikal
Avenger is based on the one in the mirror universe. Other then that all other NX-class ships are named after shuttles(although Ptichka and Baikal weren't compleated and launched)

Thanks. I was hoping to find something with both the location and number of tubes and cannon.

Found a few:
There's also this one, but I am linking it because the resolution is 3000x2000.

Found a good pic of the bottom.

Had to link it because it is too big.
Black dots are cannons, little ovals are launchers.
