I don't know why anybody would think of DS9 as bad. For me it was one of the best Trek series. Equal to TNG, maybe better.

It's a dumb title the creator used. He's referring to those who said that DS9 isn't Star Trek, for whatever reason.

DS9 as a whole is the best Trek. Change my mind. Haha

OK I have no idea what the means. I am assuming TNG is better than DS9?

Nah. DS9 had better characters. DS9's best episodes were as good as TNGs as well.
