Sorry, I have to amend that for accuracy. In order, Bush would have to:

re-hire George Tennent; get intel from Tennent that WMD claims are uinverifiable; proceed on the basis that said claims WERE, in fact, verified; fire Tennent for providing the false intel which he didn't actually provide; then refuse to reduce the effort when Chavez has been removed.
