Fairly. They're small, but not stealthy or anything. Given how close you have to get to launch them, it's not going to be hard to see either the launch craft or the bombs coming. You can see some drift bombs here.

Blender renders of this ship. A few tweaks to the design here - since it's a Frigate I put the rifters for the cannon on the turrets themselves rather than separate, as is Coalition practice with smaller guns. Also put a hangar bay in, added comm gear, a second M/AM magazine, and fiddled with the design of the passive sensor and the nose slightly. They're big, so right click and view image to see the whole thing...
