Most definitely the worst Doctor costume of all time. Like Willy Wonka but without a sense of color coordination.

When i think of this doctor, i always imagine he's holding a big red and white spiral lollipop.

In all seriousness, I do feel bad for Colin. I never felt there was a 'bad' Doctor, and that includes him.
