Happy First Contact day
Only fifty years to go, boys and girl! Sadly, there's a third world war on the way but I'd gladly give all my tomorrows to know that one day, Earth would be a utopia.
If I ever meet an alien, I'm going to invite him to my shed in the back garden, get him drunk and play him Roy Orbison records.

Hopefully New Hampshire will muddle through. I'll be... 85.

Majority of us will be in our 80s. I doubt I will live that long unless I inherited more of my Mom's side.

79 myself. But McAvoy men don't live to their late 70's. But the other side regularly live to their mid-90's and die from old age in their sleep. Or in the case of my grandmother probably will breach the triple digits.Sonic Glitch wrote:Early 70s

78 here, but I've got a date three an a half years after FC as my target.

I think I will visit Montana then... if all this is still around.

Basically, Nutso, it's the date on which the Vulcans will land in First Contact.

I'll be 98, and I fully intend to be there.

It's cute that everyone thinks they will survive World War III.
But then we all made it through the Eugenics wars, I guess. Tough times.
