I'm on and off, work has been busy sicne I'm actually teaching a few of the kids (technically not supposed to because I am not a teacher, thats what the teacher is for) and need to come up with my own lesson plans.

On the plus side, I was able to save enough for the advanced Excelsior.

Nice.

In other news apparently the Romulans are going to become a playable faction. The KDF is barely a faction as is and they're going to put in another one. I've very, very underwhelmed. If they really wanted playable romulans make then a 500 zen option like playable trill and caitans and then put out a romulan lockbox with D'Ds and Mog's in it.

You got the Excelsior! Sweet, I so want that. Though for being lvl 35 the Ambassador has fared well for me.

Supposedly they are also bringing the KE up to the standards of the Feds, with several new ship variations (for customization), levels 1-19 and associated missions, along with more KE specific fleet actions. This is slated for "sometime 2013" so that could be soon or could be later.

If this game went from 1 decent group to 3 in one year, that would be nice.

It would be nice, it would also bring them a lot of business.

BTW, some of these missions I'm getting now really do require backup so if anyone is online give me a yell as I could really use the help.

So coming May 21, STO gets a major upgrade.

Romulans as a faction (levels 1-50).
Klingons get 1-50 rather than starting in the middle.
New UI.
Better (so they say) skill setups.

I'll be on a lot next week, no work (spring break). Hopefully I'll get through the Borg, Breen, and 8472 storylines.

I'm not doing much in the story lines, my character has about two dozens wounds and I've no way to heal them that I can find. I just need help a lot with moving through some of the missions. I think they need to be group efforts.

To heal just go to the med center on any starbase (the one around Earth is easiest).

Find the doctor, then heal all your wounds for free...

And if I see you I will gladly help out on anything. As a lvl 50 medic, there isn't much I can't handle... as long as someone else does the shooting.
On the other hand, in space I wipe out shields and use mini black holes and regenerative nanites to be a real pain to anyone other than fast escorts... and elite STF Borg.
