You can only really judge them on what they actually made.

What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

Went to see it this morning.
Very very good. Few huge plot holes, and a dumbass decision by M at the start of the film, but still very good.

Best part about the Daniel Craig Bonds for me was always the chemistry between the characters, especially M and Bond. Judi Dench has really been a boon to the series.

Loved the new Q as well.

Have to say it was a bit of an elaborate plot to take out M. Why not just blow her up in the attack on MI5 HQ.

Saw it last Friday with my gf, and we both loved it.
The plot holes weren't that annoying to me, when you consider that
Silva wants to see M suffer before he kills her, as he has suffered.
He wants her to feel betrayal.
He wants her to feel the pain of losing many of her "children", to remind her of the ones she willingly sacrificed.
Once I felt that from him, it all became acceptable...
The truth always depends on which side of the fence you're standing... ;)

Saw it last night, and enjoyed it.

I really enjoyed it. I loved Pierce Brosnan as Bond, but Daniel Craig is growing on me. I'm enjoying this back to basics approach, with less gadgets and such.

Incidentally, according to wikipedia this movie has now grossed $950 million! That's like 17th place on the list of all time highest grossing movies! Pretty amazing for a Bond movie.
