Changes by writer... I mean umm Chapter...

Ship per player though sounds good since we can bounce around and have different or shared adventures.

It also means we can have a very varied mission profile set. We can have a couple of Connie captains, a Miranda, someone having a Saladin or something similar. Many different missions.

Well lets start a roll call shall we. Since its Pete's show, I think his character should be ranked Admiral. That way he can direct the action a bit for us and help keep it rolling. I'll kick it off though since I know I'm in for sure.

Captain Sherman Cumberland, USS Appalachia, NCC-2060-B Excelsior Class.

I'm hoping to jump into someone else's RPG first as can't find my star charts or technical manuals...thirty years of accumulated hoarding have turned my room into a Jawa's scrapheap.

You could probably ask for one of the maps from the Sims we've tried to do (Alpha 1, Beta 1 and 2 etc)
"All this has happened before --"
"But it doesn't have to happen again. Not if we make up our minds to change. Take a different path. Right here, right now."

IDK if we're going to be in TOS or movie-era.

If I can find my sourcebooks (I'm tactile like the hunter and his salad from Hostel and anything virtual scares me) then it'll be Movie era set just after ST:TUC.

What do you need a star map for? Just RP it around and give orders as to who goes to where.

I'm impressed it was a northerner who picked it up first.

I thought before it was said to be the movie era.

Sherman, Cumberland, Appalachia... it wasn't exactly subtle, and northern or southern I'm still an American.

You're such a bitch.

To be fair, most people being American or not would likely not get it. But still why not have some fun with it.
