I may at that. Decisions are up to the players; the results are up to the dice. 8)

For a game that's this brutal, I'd say having the GM do all the rolls would be a good idea.

Perhaps we should have a list of characters so we have an idea of what areas we have covered and which we might need someone to fill?

I had asked about that; Tsu might want to allow for an air of mystery about that, to try and make the beginning a bit more organic to the story.

I'm sure if we needed to, we could communicate basic details to people who would naturally be "in the know" - another professor at Miskatonic U., for example, would have at least a vague knowledge of my professor character, etc.

I do suppose it'll mean we have some redundancies...for when we start losing people.

Remember also, that it's characters - not just stats. My Dr. Zelman, for example, will be a much different sort of person than another player's doctor.

I was thinking of having my doctor as being an army doctor type guy, maybe Boer war era but haven't really thought much of his story yet.

You'd be mortified at the number of people to whom that fact isn't obvious. @CQ - Cool. I envisioned my doc as of upper-class European descent, focused more on academic research than on practice.
