I've always liked the story behind that scene - good thinking, and probably an improvement over whatever was originally written.

Given that TR-116 is generally used to refer to random changes in topic that remain discussions, rather than simply degenerating into DITL wierdness, I think we need a new term for the latter phenomenon.

I think what's telling against the "shit-for-aim Stormie" stereotype, more than what they did actually accomplish, is that in ANH Obi-wan identified them by their accuracy.
