Hey, man. E still equals mc squared in SW as far as I know. F*cker must've weighed 1,000+ pounds. It's impressive she was able to hurt him at all.

In all honesty I think we are missing the point. she's an ideal, a symbol. Daughter of a big cheese and one major surviving political figure to one of the galaxies pleasant people planets....she's a symbol of hope and political power for the alliance. She may not fight, but people will fight for her

Far from it - I'm pretty sure they were all 501st. The ones on the Tantive IV certainly were, the DS is probably disputable, but Bespin is almost dead-cert. Where Vader goes, so goes Vader's Fist.

In any event, I don't see what the quality of the troops has to do with Leia's accuracy relative to the others which, as Tsu points out, is bloody good.

The ones aboard the DS were ordered to let them escape, so there's a grain of salt there.

The ones on the Tantive IV had to take her alive, so that also filters.

They were also morons of the highest degree.

"There's one, set for stun." *Blam!*
"Poor dumb Jim, might of lived if he had already had his blaster set on stun so he could have just shot rather than stand around yakking like a idiot."
