Turn 6 - Tac

Captain Big fires first, unloading his seven forward facing tubes on the Negh'Var ship. An astonishing 20 torpedoes find their marks. The first five hit Port Engineering knocking it down to 268,500TJ. The next 6 hit central engineering, knocking that section down to 402,667TJ, destroying the disruptors and photon torpedo tubes in this section, and causing a minor problem with the Warp Core. The crew is able to stabilize it at the cost of one brave warrior for the Empire. The last 9 all strike the Starboard Engineering Section knocking it down to 188,500TJ destroying the disruptors and photon torpedo tubes in this section.

Fortunately Captain Seafort is able to issue orders before his aft weaponry disappear from the ship. A full spread of it's arsenal fly toward the John Paul Jones. Two disruptors manage to hit hitting the Port Saucer section and destroying it. Next the photon torpedoes are launched and with amazing accuracy all eight strike the Akira. The first two hit the Port Nacelle knocking it down to 372,196TJ. the last four spread out hitting the Port strut, starboard strut, weapons pod, and starboard nacelle. One of the torpedoes caused a crit in the port strut knocking all transporters there out of commission. Finally, an energy signature is detected inside the Akira, and immediately the intruder alarms begin to sound. The Thor was able to beam a boarding part through the holes in the shields.

Turn 7 - Conn

Captain Big orders the ship to close on the enemy vessel and quickly closes to 125,000km from the Thor. Meanwhile the Captain Seafort orders the ship turned around and tilted allowing his dorsal shields to take the Akira's punishment, while training his last weapons on the ship. Unfortunately, his helmsman seems to have lost an ear when the shrapnel flew and fails to do anything but tilt the ship presenting the dorsal shields to the Akira.

Status Report
The two ships are 125,000km away from each other with the John Paul Jones facing the dorsal side of the Thor.

Turn 7 - Tac

Captain Big immediately orders a full volley of torpedoes at the Thor. The first three volleys are unable to hone in. The next volley lands three torpedoes on the dorsal shields leaving them at 106,667TJ integrity. the next three volleys all land all four torpedoes. the first one strikes the dorsal shields leaving it at 26,667TJ, the second strikes the shields and collapses them before striking the Central Engineering section and destroying the impulse engines. the next torpedo strikes the Port Engineering section knocking it down to 182,500TJ. Two more hit Starboard engineering knocking that section down to 28,500TJ. The next two hit the Head of the ship knocking it down to 668,500TJ and destroying the last two photon torpedo tubes on the ship. The next two strike the neck of the ship knocking it down to 988,500TJ. Finally, the last three torpedoes strike the Central Engineering section dealing 240,000TJ damage and knocking the section down to a mere 109,334TJ. Additionally the core damage causes the core to start cascading out of control. The engineering teams attempt to shut it down, but are unable to do so before it explodes, taking out the Central Engineering Section, Starboard Engineering section, and dealing severe damage to the Port Engineering section and Neck. An attempted Boarding Party is unable to get a lock on the ship with the torpedo volleys causing interference.

Captain Seafort's Boarding Party attempts to take the Bridge in a bold move, however they are stopped before reaching the main bridge. They're about to turn back when the corridors all open up to the vacuum as Captain BIG vents the section to prevent the Boarding Party from getting any further. Unfortunately, damage to the central saucer had caused parts of the main computer to come loose and they are sucked into space along with the boarding party shutting down the computer until repaired.

Finally, with the loss of the first boarding Party Captain Seafort orders another boarding party sent, unfortunately the same radiation from the torpedoes seems to have prevented the transporters from getting a lock.

Turn 8 - Conn

Captain Big stays facing the dorsal side of the Klingon ship, but opens it's shuttle bay doors, launching it's flight of Fighters. The Thor meanwhile releases a controlled burst of it's limited atmosphere from it's port side. Slowly, the ship rotates around, coming to a stop with another brief burst and presenting the ventral shields to the Akira class ship. It's shuttle bay doors open, but the remaining support craft was unable to launch due to the debris in it's path.

Turn 8 - Tac

Captain Seafort quickly orders all transporter rooms to send over boarding Parties. The range is too great for four of the transporters to get accurate locks, however the other six all manage to beam a team aboard.

Captain BIG responds by sending another full salvo of torpedoes at the crippled ship. sixteen torpedoes manage to strike the ship with the first five used to take out the ventral shields, and dealing damage to Port Engineering. The sixth torpedo hits Port Engineering square and destroying it completely. Seven of the remaining torpedoes strike the neck section knocking it down to 328,500 TJ and destroying all 10 transporter rooms, the tractor beam emitter, and destroying the Main Computer. The last three strike the head section, destroying the main bridge, and the killing the captain. Large hull breaches cause the EPS grid to fail, and over 90% of the remaining crew to be subject to the vacuum. The survivors will die slowly as life support fails to maintain the flow of oxygen or heat. The only chance for the Klingons are the six boarding parties now aboard the John Paul Jones

Turn 9 - End Game

Captain Seafort's boarding parties split up and head for main engineering and the bridge sections. The JPJ's security crews fight valiantly, and manage to kill several members of the parties, and prevent them from capturing either location. Captain BIG, anticipating a similar maneuver as last time, orders the central saucer vented again, fortunately for him, all six teams were in that section. The venting takes place with excellent coordination, with only a handful of security officers lost as they continued to fight the Klingon boarding teams.

Captain BIG looks out at the destruction of the battlefield, the shredded remains of the Thor are the largest things left with the Vor'cha and Devastator blown into hundreds of thousands of pieces. Captain Big orders one last barrage of torpedoes at the Thor, breaking up the rest of the ships and incinerating any Klingon survivors. The ship then adjusts its heading and warps back toward the heart of the Federation.
