I think Rochey was either referring to Shran, or to Tsukiyumi if he were to add a new character rather than picking up an OC.

DITL says eugenics endedin 1996, I suppose sleeper ships were available by then, because Khan escaped from Earth with it. Sleeper ships remained in service until 1997. I suppose my rich parents could affort to put their nasty son into a sleeper ship, or a cryo-sattelite. I'd probably get picked up by a certain spatial anolmaly which dropped me off somewhere near the Tholian border, where you guys'd pick me up.

Served with little distinction with the Tal'praex until it was found corrupt. She escaped unscathed but she was exiled of sorts. She had always loved medicine and decided to put her love to work. She graduated from Starfleet academy with distinction. And was posted on the good ship Daystrome.

Perhaps Talora could have been a late transfer from a supply ship considering i seem to have missed a lot of the story. oh and i am happy to be delegated to whatever role someone sees fit. Although i would prefer to steer clear of Tactical. I don't think i can kill
