Personel YATI?
I see in the synopsis of Voyagers "Life Line" -- their communication is with Admiral Hayes. Is it ever established how he survived the First Contact battle(s)?

It's not specified, but I imagine he got out on an escape pod.

Is he ever actually seen? It could well be that it is a different guy. MA mentions that he survives BTW, though the article on him is a great illustration of why Janeway is a tool.

He's seen in Hope and Fear, but not in the battle in FC - it's possible that Hayes was simply a staff officer at Starfleet HQ and someone else was commanding the fleet.Cpl Kendall wrote:Is he ever actually seen?
