The aria is "La donne e mobile" (aka Woman is fickle), by Giuseppe Verdi from the opera Rigoletto.

The original italian is
La donna è mobile
Qual piuma al vento,
Muta d'accento - e di pensiero.
Sempre un amabile,
Leggiadro viso,
In pianto o in riso, - è menzognero.

È sempre misero
Chi a lei s'affida,
Chi le confida - mal cauto il cuore!
Pur mai non sentesi
Felice appieno
Chi su quel seno - non biba amore!

Or in English it's:
Woman is flighty
Like a feather in the wind,
She changes her voice - and her mind.
Always sweet,
Pretty face,
In tears or in laughter, - she is always lying.

Always miserable
Is he who trusts her,
He who confides in her - his unwary heart!
Yet one never feels
Fully happy
Who on that bosom - does not drink love!

The EMH's version turns into:
Tuvok, I understand,
You are a Vulcan man,
You have just gone without,
For seven years - about.

Paris, please find a way,
To load a hypospray,
I will give you the sign,
Just aim for his behind

Hormones are raging,
Synapses blazing,
It's all so veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrry illogical!

so new question "What was the original home planet of the Vorta?"
email, ergo spam

Kurill Prime.

Why did the Dominion "enlist" the Vorta?

because a Vorta helped a Founder once, and the Founders repaid the kindness.

In which episode does Data play the guitar?

That's not what Eris said, or was her story a ruse on her part?

I was going by the story that the "defective" Weyoun clone told Odo in "Treachery, Faith and the Great River". About how they were once tree dwellers and there were some solids chasing a founder, and the Vorta rescued it.
