As long as it bares the weight then its all good. I myself couldn't buy a plastic musket. It just seems wrong to me. Though thats all a matter of opinion in the end.

I guess if it feels and weighs like a wood model, then It's a compromise there.

Nice find, btw :D

Well cost was the over-riding concern for this purchase and the missus prefers synthetic. My next will be wood, if I don't opt for the Josey Wales reproduction revolver instead.

I've been looking to buy a reproduction Colt Peacemaker for quite a while. I think after I buy a rifle, that will be my next firearm purchase. :)

You should check out the Traditions site, they have some beautiful ones, if you like black powder. I'm thinking of the Josey Wales reproduction but they also have a 1860 Army revolver thats all nickel. :Drool2:

Hell I don't even like guns but I think thats sexy.
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

Well, after calming the bulge in my pants (no, I wasn't playing hide the tribble) after seeing this, I must ask, Cpl., do you have any vids of you firing her?
Don't you hear my call, though you're many years away, don't you hear me calling you?

Not yet. I'll make sure to take one and put it up for you though.

Never fired a weapon and got a hard on. Though I have been strangely happy.

Either way, it's a lot of fun.
