JUST FOUND THIS ON EBAY, DIDN'T REALISE THAT THERE WERE RULES FOR GREY KNIGHTS IN BFG!!!
Battlefleet Gothic

Painted, Based & Varnished Black Ship and Escort Fleet

Contains: One Grey Knights Strike Cruiser (Forge World), 3 Gladius Class Imperial Fists Frigates (Forge World), One Imperial Fists Strike Cruiser, and one unique converted Black Ship, all expertly painted in one of the more popular colour schemes, and varnished in satin varnish. All these ships have been painted using the layering technique, with 5 coats of paint to achieve the depth required.

The Black Ships are terrible, nightmarish transports filled with screaming psykers held in cavernous, psi-shielded holds to be taken back to Terra to feed the voracious psychic appetite of the Emperor of Mankind. They are ancient, pitted behemoths that are used to collect all the potential psykers found by the Imperium and carry them back to Terra. Here they are fed into the choir that maintains the Astronomicon, or become soul-bound to the Emperor and used in the service of the Imperium. Such a precious cargo requires a powerful escort, hence the presence of the Imperial Fists and the Grey Knights!

So, what fleets/armies has everyone got?

I use an Imperial Navy and Tyranid fleet in BFG.

You think? I've always compared the Eldar to the Minbari.

The eldar remind me of the dilgar. Powerful weapons systems supported by fast but lightly armored ships. A race that when fighting its enemies, even those of younger races doesn't have the staying power to go "toe to toe" with the opponents battleships. Doesn't that sound about right to you?

OH!
Well then, uh.... my point still stands! :?

But anyways, i've never really seen any of the fleets truly match up in looks.

Do you mean playing against or with?

when fighting the nids well that's a tough one.

Weapons batteries and nova cannons are best since they deal out the greatest volley fire. Lances and torpedos just tend to fail, save those for the escorts.

When playing as nids you want as many big ships as you can get, close and board is the name of the game. Escorts without range fire are just begging to get shot down by fighters and lances.
