Sandia Cooler?

What do you guys think of this:

Sounds revolutionary, if I understand it right.

But one of my friends was really skeptical that anything would come of it.

I dunno, seems like there would be a good market for a silent heatskink fan, tho maybe its too late given the decline of the PC market.

That is quite interesting, however I do believe it will probably be one of those things that never really goes anywhere because of the lack of ability to market it well. I mean heat sinks don't really have much of a market, it's not the first thing that you think of when you think of computers, or even cooling a computer. Usually you think of fans throughout the computer or something along the lines. Really the only way that this could go somewhere is if either AMD or Intel decided to take it and run with it.
